This is my third day using the blog. I am still trying to work my way round the blog and also figuring out how to look for my colleagues blogs with no luck. Hopefully when I have my reference training tomorrow we'll be shown how to look for other peoples' blogs.

Hmm.. i should've added: searching for them would be hard. They probably wont show up in Google, or GoogleBlogSearch.
